What are the shipping costs?
We calculate the shipping costs based on the delivery address and your order amount.
Here is the detail per zone:
- BELGIUM & LUXEMBURG: 8,00 € fee, offered above 100,00 € purchase.
- FRANCE, GERMANY & THE NETHERLANDS: 16,00 fee, offered above 100,00 € purchase.
- EUROPE EEC: 16,00 € fee, offered above 150,00 € purchase.
- SWITZERLAND & UNITED-KINGDOM: 19,00 € fee, offered above 250,00 € purchase.
- USA & CANADA: 25,00 € fee, offered above 250,00 € purchase.
- OTHER COUNTRIES: 70,00 € fee , offered above 1000,00 € purchase.
When will I get my items?
The delivery time is an estimate of the date at which you will receive your order at your delivery address. The time includes the treatment in our store and the timeframe for delivery of the postal services. You will receive a shipment notification email when your order will be sent and the tracking number.
Generally recognized delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days for the products in stock. For out-of-stock products, a period of 2-3 weeks may be necessary for the sending of the parcel.
Your purchases are packed with great care, using protective materials. The attention that we pay to the packaging allows us to propose a delivery in the best conditions.

What is the after sale service
Our articles benefit from the legal warranty of compliance, of the legal of latent defects warranty and the manufacturer warranty.
If non-compliant products to the information given at the presentation of the products on the site or with hidden defects, they will be replaced or refunded.
In the case of defect product exchange, PIXIFOLIES will not proceed to the shipment of the new package until we receive the products to exchange.
In the case of a simple exchange, the sending cost are the responsibility of the client.
